Luke ROTJ V2
NOT FOR SALE
This saber has been in progress for awhile. I built it similar to a Parks design - ecxept that it contains a crystal Focus Saber core v3.0, 4.8 volt NIMH rechargeable battery, and a green Rebel LED. It holds a 3/4" polycarbonate blade, and has a rumble motor inside, and a hidden low battery indicator LED.
It is quite close to the actual prop used in Star Wars Return of the Jedi.
Qui-Gon Jinn Lightsaber
The finest working Qui-Gon replica in the world... at least till someone beats me.
This saber is over a years work in planning, scheming, saving up the $$$ and building it.
It boasts a green K2 LED, Plecter Labs Crystal Focus v. 2.5 sound board, and 4.8 volt rechargeable NIMH power cell.
I've engineered a hidden red indicator LED as a low power indicator. And a hidden AUX button for lockup and blaster deflection effects under the black plate - inside the oval groove.
Special thanks to Erv at Plecter Labs for the support and superior product!

I've just finished my replica of Luke's lightsaber from Return of the Jedi (The Hero version). I had to get help machining the pommel (Thanks Gary!), but the rest I did myself from scratch. I machined it in 6 segments.
In the activator box are red and green LEDs that turns on with the switch. The saber holds 2 AA batteries inside.
I am so pumped. I have dreamed of making a replica of this saber since I started this hobby 6 years ago!
I used the plans by Francisco Garcia that I found online, but I discovered some errors along the way... If you are building one of these - check every detail carefully! I cross referenced with a pic of the replica of this saber made by MR.
Here's a link to the plans I used with my revisions in red:

Save the pic and then open it in MS paint.

I've finished my Master Replicas Mace Windu conversion to a Luxeon K2.
This one boasts a 1500 mA white K2 with Lee Filters # 328 colour, on top of the existing MR sound. I used the conversion tutorial from The Custom Saber Shop, with my own machined parts. In order to get the most out of the K2 - I used a 5v relay.
